Biography

• I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Computer Hacking and Information Security Department at the Daejeon University. I received the B.S. degree in computer science from the Yonsei University in 2005, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2007 and 2012, respectively. In 2008-2009, I was an intern researcher at Microsoft Research Asia and Microsoft Research Redmond, and a researcher at the National Security Research Institute (NSRI) in 2012. I have a passionate interest in designing, building, and analyzing secure systems, especially for cloud and mobile computing systems. My research interests include security issues for cloud and mobile computing system as well as the actual system implementation and subsequent evaluation in a real computing system. My work was supported by Microsoft Research Fellowship from 2009 to 2010. I am a member of the IEEE, the IEEE Computer Society, and ACM.
